A shopping centre says customers still waiting for photos taken there earlier this year should get in touch with the Government’s companies registrar.
The Gallery Photographic Studio set up a stall at the Newlands centre in Kettering on Monday, May 27.
The shopping centre has confirmed some customers have been in touch to complain about the photos not arriving.
A spokesman for the shopping centre said: “We went through Companies House who advised that after being in the Newlands centre the company applied for dissolution in June.
“Companies House advised that customers who have not received any pictures should send all receipts and paperwork for orders to them so they can stop the company from being dissolved.”
The centre has also published a notice which tells customers to email email@example.com with “The Gallery Photographic Studio Ltd – Company No 08076456” as the subject.
Customers should also provide evidence that they have paid for goods not received, and anyone who has spoken to the Gallery Photographic Studio about non-delivery should also give dates of calls and the reply.
The Newlands Shopping Centre spokesman added: “Companies House, upon receiving this information, will suspend the dissolvement of the company and therefore people can take legal action against them.
“If you would like documents scanning in or emailing please come to centre management and we will provide this service free of charge.”
