Housebuilder Barratt has opened the doors to its latest development in Wellingborough called Ladywell Park where a selection of two and three-bedroom properties have now been released.
The development, which is located in Eastfield Road, will provide a total of 80 new homes consisting of two, three and four bedroom properties.
Sue Blackman, sales director for Barratt Northampton, said: “We’re delighted to announce our Ladywell Park development is now open.
“Wellingborough is a great location and we’re looking forward to providing local homebuyers high quality, contemporary new homes.
“These homes will become part of a thriving community and combine modern luxury and quality with traditional style – offering an attractive investment as well as a rewarding place to live.
“At Ladywell Park we’re not only making sure our residents find the perfect home to live, we’re also maintaining the British wildlife.
“During the construction at this development we discovered there were traces of bats living in the area.
“We want to help maintain the bat species in Britain and have therefore put up bat boxes at the development.
“We have a great selection of different home styles from two bedroom apartments ideal for first time buyers to three bedroom homes perfect for a family looking for more space. We have homes available for everyone – even bats.”
Ladywell Park is on the edge of Wellingborough’s town centre and residents are in walking distance of Wellingborough train station, which provides direct links to London St Pancras International.
Some of the showhomes will be available for viewing at the beginning of June.
The development offers a range of two and three-bedroom homes with prices starting from £141,995.
