Musicians play for free to help boy get specialist surgery

A special charity music night is being held to help a severely disabled Wellingborough boy.

The Live Music BENefit is to help Ben, who was born with a brain abnormality and now needs an operation in America. His family is trying to raise £30,000 to pay for the specialist surgery.

The event is being held at the Deco in Northampton from 7pm on Friday, July 11, and is sponsored by Micjam, with the musicians giving their time for free, so all the proceeds will go to the appeal.
