Man dead after incident at Wellingborough lake
A man has died after an incident at a lake in Wellingborough.
Police, fire and ambulance crews raced to Swanspool Lake, near Kingsway, at 12.40pm after reports of a man in difficulties in the water.
The man, in his 70s, died at the scene.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
A police spokesman said: "A report is now being prepared for the coroner.”
