Man in 70s punched in the face near Corby petrol station
A man in his 70s suffered a bruised lip after he was punched twice in the face close to a petrol station in Corby.
The victim was attacked by a male in a grey people carrier on the road close to the Asda petrol station at the Asda Phoenix Parkway car park.
The offender is described as having worn a green, hooded top.
He also had a roll-up cigarette in his mouth.
Witnesses to the assault, which happened between 3pm and 3.20pm on Wednesday, July 27, should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
