Live tribute nights returning to park

ABBA fans are being urged to dress in the style of the 1970s pop icons for the return of Wicksteed Park’s live tribute nights.

A tribute show to the Swedish favourites will return to the Kettering amusement park’s Pavilion by popular demand on Friday, January 27.

Business manager Gemma Stanhope said: “You only need to ask anyone that has been to one of The Tribute Show’s Abba Night’s at the Wicksteed Pavilion before what they think. Feedback has been absolutely phenomenal and it is due to this that we have invited them back again.

“It really is a great night with a fantastic atmosphere.

“A lot of people dress up Abba-style too although this isn’t compulsory.”

Other acts planned for the Wicksteed Live! nights include Brothers of Soul and Staying Alive Bee Gees Tribute.

A brand new 1950s and 1960s daytime show is also set to start at the Pavilion this year.

A disco from Damian of Big Bopper Entertainment will follow the Abba show.

Tickets are priced £15 including a basket meal.

They are available from the website, in person at the box office or by calling 01536 512475 ext 200.
