One of the founders of a gluten-free bakery is giving a cookery lesson for people who want to learn how to bake without using wheat, dairy, eggs and soya.
Valeria Mizuno-Turner, of the Incredible Bakery Company in Warkton, will be giving a cookery lesson at the Caroline Chisholm School in Northampton on Saturday, March 21, from 10am to 2.30pm.
The Incredible Cookery Lesson for Beginners will teach people the principles of a perfect bake using new and nutritious ingredients. Everyone will have a chance to bake a cake, a chocolate tart, a bread roll and a pizza. The lesson costs £30, which includes all the ingredients.
