A MAN from Raunds is one of the latest winners of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance’s lottery.
In the latest draw of the lottery on January 24, Grace Farthing won the £1,000 top prize. Ronald Pacey from Blisworth, Florence Farley from Brackley, Thomas A Robb from Raunds and Maureen Wingate from Dodwell, Stratford-upon-Avon, each won £25.
The air ambulance lottery is drawn every Tuesday and costs £1 per number per week to enter.
Each week a top prize of £1,000 and four prizes of £25 are given out.
The lottery helps raise cash for the lifesaving service, which receives no government or National Lottery funding.
The air ambulance opened its first charity shop in north Northamptonshire in Wellingborough last week.
