Knife held to man's throat during robbery in Corby

A man had his mobile phone and wallet stolen after being threatened at knifepoint in Dunedin Road, Corby.

The victim was walking from Ripley Walk to Dunedin Road when he was approached by three men at about 2.40am this morning (Monday).

One of the men held a knife to the victim’s throat and demanded he hand over his mobile phone.

The offender also took the victim’s wallet, tobacco and lighter and then punched him in the face.

All three men ran off towards the Kingswood estate.

The man with the knife is white, about 5ft 9in, with a slim build.

He wore a grey jacket with darker sleeves, grey trousers and a dark baseball cap.

The other two men were both white and one of them is described as about 5ft 9in and slim.

All three men had their faces covered.
