Kettering's Yards development to hold pancake race to raise money for KGH

The children’s race will start at 10.30am on February 9 with the adults race starting at 11am, with competitors racing from the Market Place to the Yards courtyard.

Participation costs 50p, with proceeds going to the Skylark ward at Kettering General Hospital.

First prize is a meal for two at the Yards Kitchen, a bottle of wine is second prize and third prize is a 10 per cent voucher for the Yards Exchange.

Helping out at the event is Chrystelle Insua-Cao, who runs a small food business selling French crepes in the Yards.

She will be selling traditional lemon and sugar crepes at the event on the day for £1.50.
