A front garden has been transformed into a mecca for people fascinated by the Diamond Jubilee.
Kathleen Bowman, 85, of Queensway, Burton Latimer, has filled her garden with dozens of dolls for a special display to celebrate the historic occasion.
She has been buying the dolls from charity shops since January and has then stripped them and knitted them all costumes.
The display includes three troops of 10 soldiers, Pearly Kings and Queens, Chelsea pensioners, spectators who are being held back by police officers and the Queen and Prince Philip.
Mrs Bowman said: “I grew up in London and there were always celebrations for events like the jubilee.
“Those memories have always stayed with me so I wanted to do something special to celebrate the occasion.
“The kids love it and I’ve had lots of drivers pulling up to have a look and people stopping to take photographs.”
The display is due to remain in place for the next few days.
