Balmoral Avenue, Rushden. Age: 23

On 22/09/2017 drove a Vauxhall Vectra in High Street, Rushden, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 60mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit; without a licence; without insurance.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £120, surcharge to fund victim services of £30, costs of £85, banned from driving for 36 months.

St Crispin Avenue, Wellingborough. Age: 37

On 11/10/2017 stole meat and potatoes, of a value £176.77, from M&S, Rushden Lakes.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £120, surcharge to fund victim services of £30, costs of £85.

Nags Head Lane, Hargrave. Age: 23

On 27/05/2017 in Thrapston used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £200, surcharge to fund victim services of £30.

Chereen Gloria Scotland

Townsend Close, Wellingborough. Age: 20

On 12/03/2017 having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Voujon Restaurant, Wellingborough, stole alcohol and a rice bag; on 30/05/2017 stole meat, to the value of £38, from the One Stop Shop, Wellingborough.

Verdict: Guilty.

On 15/09/2017 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Northampton Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months, to pay compensation of £178.

Welland Vale Road, Corby. Age: 20

On 29/10/2017 trespassed upon the lines of a railway company, namely Network Rail, at Kettering.

Trafford Road, Rushden. Age: 18

On 01/10/2017 in Market Street, Wellingborough, assaulted PC Barry Waples in the execution of his duty.

Ridding Close, Corby. Age: 44

On 01/10/2017 in Corby assaulted a woman by beating her; at Weekley Wood Justice Centre, Kettering, assaulted PC Horton in the execution of his duty.

Duke Street, Kettering. Age: 24

On 30/10/2017 in Kettering without lawful excuse, damaged a windscreen wiper intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; used towards another person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by her whereby that person was likely to believe such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.

Minden Close, Corby. Age: 41

On 10/10/2017 in Corby without reasonable excuse attended victim’s address intoxicated causing her harassment and distress, which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on 27/10/2016.

Plea: Guilty. Restraining order prohibits defendant from contacting a named person in any way and not to go to two named streets in Corby. This order lasts until 30/04/2018.Fined £120, surcharge to fund victim services of £30, costs of £85.

Belvoir Close, Corby. Age: 35

Between 19/05/2017 and 31/05/2017 in Corby assaulted a woman by beating her; between 01/01/2017 and 30/06/2017 in Northamptonshire, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that you placed a GPS tracker within her vehicle, allowing you to confront her verbally in person on 23/04/2017 and 18/05/2017.

Plea: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 70 hours, restraining order prohibits defendant from contact with victim and from entering a named street in Corby. This order lasts until 31/10/2018. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.

On 06/10/2017 stole two Lego advent calenders, to the value of £42.98, from Waterstones, Kettering; on 29/08/2017 stole five headphones, to the value of £100, from Boots, Kettering; on 07/10/2017 stole a Lego advent calendar, to the value of £20.99, from Waterstones, Kettering; stole confectionery, to the value of £23.84, from the Co-Op, Kettering; at Co-Ops within the borough of Kettering, without reasonable excuse, you entered those stores which you were prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Northampton Magistrates Court on 01/12/2016; on 14/10/2017 stole confectionery, to the value of £8.94, from the Co-Op, Kettering; on 25/10/2017 failed without reasonable cause to surrender at Northampton Magistrates’ Court, or as soon after that time as was reasonably practicable, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 12 weeks concurrent.

On 07/10/2017 in Corby failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence, when suspected of having driven a vehicle.
