Impressionist and stand-up comic Alistair McGowan will be performing at the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough on September 19.

He will be returning to his stand–up roots once again this autumn in his critically acclaimed new stand-up show. Due to popular demand, his spring 2013 show, ‘Not Just a Pretty Voice’ has been extended with 25 dates now booked across the UK.

Asking the big questions like: would the world be a happier place if Ed Milliband was Prime Minister? What are we really thinking while watching Shakespeare? And is Hilary Devey Jessie J’s mum? Expect to hear everyone from Andy Murray to Colin Murray.

Alistair is best known to British audiences for his part in BBC1’s BAFTA award-winning ‘The Big Impression’ and for his more recent sports comedy series, ‘You Can Not Be Serious’. He has also enjoyed appearances on BBC1’s Live at the Apollo and A Question of Sport.
