Iconic Kettering hotel up for auction with guide price of £2m
The Royal Hotel, off Market Place, will be sold by auctioneers Allsop at The Cumberland Hotel in London.
The 43-bedroom hotel, which has previously been used to house homeless people, has a guide price of £2m-plus.

Hide AdThe lot includes the hotel’s former reception area, old nightclub, billiards room, various outbuildings and enclosed parking area.
Kettering Civic Society’s chairman Paul Ansell said its closure was ”a great shame”.
Cllr Mark Dearing, the economic regeneration portfolio holder for Kettering Council, said the authority was working with the owners to market it.
