A new icecream shop is one of four new shops due to open in Corby town centre.
It is among several new retail and food and beverage operators who have signed leasing agreements with Sovereign Land (Sovereign) at Willow Place and in Corby town centre.

Italgaleto, a regional ice cream and waffle retailer, has taken on the unit at 34, Corporation Street, on a five-year lease.
Also on the way is a world food buffet offer trading as ‘Vaagabons’ which is set to open at 3-5, Corporation Street, on a 10-year lease.
Pep & Co, the UK’s new fashion clothing entrant, has taken a unit at 20, Willow place, on a two-year lease.
They are currently fitting out the store and are planning to open on July 15.
It follows Pep & Co opening its first branch in Kettering last week.
Goddards, a ladies and gentlemen’s fashion retailer, has also opened for trade at 7B, Willow Place after signing a 10-year lease.
Sovereign is currently implementing major new development and retail mix enhancement initiatives and is working on plans to deliver the next phase of retail development to the south east corner of the town which is an important gateway entrance into Corby town centre.
The plan is to build on the current retail offer to attract new retailers who recognise the opportunity it presents in an expanding town.

Willow Place and Corby town shopping was acquired in March by Sovereign and Europa Capital.
The shopping centre comprises 800,000 sq ft, of space, including 146 retail units as well as offices and residential accommodation.
The town’s anchor stores are Primark, TK Maxx, Wilkinson and Boots.
Other tenants include River Island, New Look, H&M, Dorothy Perkins/Burton, JD Sports, Clarks, Costa Coffee and Peacocks.
The centre attracts an average of eight million visitors per year.
