Hit and run driver left Corby cyclist lying in the road

A driver failed to stop after being involved in a collision with a cyclist in Corby.

The accident happened at the junction of Lewin Road and Conyger Close in Great Oakley at about 8.45pm on Monday.

A small silver or grey car, possibly a Peugeot, collided with a cyclist, throwing them across the road.

After the incident, the driver failed to stop and was last seen heading off in the direction of Corby town centre.
