The county’s ambulance service is offering the chance to learn lifesaving skills at an open day in Kettering tomorrow.
East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) is hosting the event at Kettering Conference Centre in Thurston Drive from 10am to 12.30pm.
People will be able to look around both new and vintage ambulances and watch and take part in live demonstrations, with face painting on offer for children.
They will also be able to meet frontline staff and hear from the service’s chief executive.
External relations and engagement manager Annie Palmer said: ““The open day is always a success.
“It is great to offer a behind the scenes look at our service.
“There will be lots going on and plenty of opportunities for people to meet our staff and executive team and share our pride in EMAS.”
