Paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewellery and wood turning will all be on display when a popular art exhibition returns this weekend.
Up to 70 artists will be participating in this year’s Rutland Open Studios, including a clutch of talented people from Gretton.
The artists will be opening the doors to their own private studios and inviting the public to view their work, and there will also be a chance to buy original works.
The event will take place on the weekends of June 9 and 10, June 16 and 17 and June 23 and 24.
The event will then culminate in a group show at Oakham Festival from June 22 to 24.
The Gretton exhibition will be held at Welland Barn, 9 Kirby Road, from 10am to 4pm on each day.
Exhibiting will be photographer and sculptor Michael Moralee; wood turner Viv Moralee; potter and jeweller Tishy Budden and artists Hilary Salomon, Berit Richter, Lyn Hewitson, Yvonne Rylatt and Peter Moralee.
This will be the sixth annual Rutland Open Studios, which since it was started in 2007 has attracted artists from Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire to take part.
