Gin fans gather a tonne of sloes for Northamptonshire's award-winning producer
Warner Edwards, the award-winning gin producer which has a distillery in Harrington near Rothwell, invited people to join them at Falls Farm for their annual Sloe Swap event.
The event held last month gave gin fans the chance to exchange their own harvest of sloes for a bottle of Warner Edwards’ multi award-winning Harrington Sloe Gin.

The gin producer said the Sloe Swap was a ‘roaring success’, with members of the public delivering more than a tonne of sloes, which is almost double the total from last year.
Warner Edwards founder Tom Warner said: “Harvest is an exciting time for us here at Falls Farm and is vital for us to produce the natural, hand-made craft gins we’ve become known for.
“We harvest what we can locally, and it’s always nice to be able to give back to the land around us and the people.

As well its dry and sloe gins, the Warner Edwards range includes elderflower, rhubarb, honeybee and Melissa gin.
