The annual charity Gedd-Stock festival takes place at the White Lion in Queen Street, Geddington, this Sunday, July 20.
Nine bands and duos are playing in the charity event and there will be an open mic session in the bar. There will be food, real ale, children’s entertainment and stalls, with this year’s Gedd-Stock T-shirts and wrist bands on sale.
The event, in its 12th year, is raising funds for Cransley Hospice, St John Ambulance, Bowel and Stomach Cancer Research and the Samuel Lee Trust. So far more than £28,000 has been raised for good causes by the event.
Entry is free and organisers are hoping to raise funds via sponsors and donations as well as the raffle and collection buckets.
The festival starts at midday and runs through until about 9pm.
