More than 1,000 exhibits will be on display at an annual vintage rally which takes place this weekend.
The 15th Kettering Vintage Rally and Steam Fayre, held near Cranford, is being held on Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21.
Among the pieces of machinery at which visitors can marvel at will be 18 full-size steam engines and rollers, and hundreds of vintage and classic cars.
Organisers of the rally, which supports the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, say a total of seven fire engines, six classic buses and coaches and 53 ex-military vehicles are expected, in addition to more than 120 vintage and classic motorcycles and seven vintage cycles.
The show also includes vintage caravans, classic camper vans, showmans’ and road menders’ living vans.
The thirsty will be catered for with a real ale festival in the Steam Up Bar, which will feature a number of locally brewed beers – including beers from Julian Church in Cransley, Whistling Kite in Kettering and Copper Kettle in Rushden.
For those staying on site, there will also be live evening music and events take place in the main arena from 11am on both days.
