Free workshops aiming to help women run successful firms

Enterprising women in Corby are invited to take part in a series of free workshops aimed at helping them run successful businesses and avoid stress.

The seminars are being held by Enterprise4Corby, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and delivered by Northampton University.

Janice Watkins, project leader for established businesses for Enterprise4Corby, said: “The free workshops have been developed by women for women on managing stress, managing well-being and owning your future and sustaining goals.

“They are for Corby-based women entrepreneurs or those who would like to start their own business.

“The workshops will provide women with the know-how and confidence to manage their lives and run successful businesses.”

The topic of a seminar on Tuesday, March 25, will be managing well-being. On April 1, the theme will be sustaining goals.
