The Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Kettering is working with colleagues in Corby to provide the service on Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Four doctors and 12 nurses will be on hand on the day to help the community check that everything is in shape.
John Anderson, from the Kettering church, said: “People will be offering nutritional advice and taking blood pressure.
“There will also be exercise steps for people to check their fitness and face painting for the children.
