Teenagers in Corby are being offered the chance to discover their potential with a new free training course at Tresham College.
Tresham Youth Training is a course for 16 to 18-year-olds who are not in employment, education or training but who want to improve their skills in order to find work.
Samantha Stojanovic, from the college, said: “Students can choose to attend classes either in the mornings or afternoons and the course runs for approximately 28 weeks, after which they can achieve a diploma in progression to employability.
“The course has the flexibility for young people to study at their own pace.”
The course includes interview techniques, maths, English, CV writing and budgeting, which students can choose to study. It is fully-funded and taster sessions are running from now until July 25. For more information call 07766 508423 or email email@example.com.
