Four arrested after police pursuit on A45 in Northants

Police have arrested four people after a pursuit on the A45 in Northamptonshire.

The incident took place at about 1.30pm today (Thursday) after police chased a ‘car of interest’ as the helicopter followed the procession.

A force spokesman said they are currently in police custody and inquiries into the incident are ongoing.

The spokesman added that the road was shut for about 10 minutes while the incident took place. It has now re-opened.
