Musical pupils at Rushden Community College demonstrated their talent at a showcase held at the school.
Pupils Adam Monger and Jess Samples hosted the event, which was the first musical showcase to be held at the school.
Helen Hasan, head of performing arts, said: “The students of Rushden Community College were proud to present their first ever showcase, bringing together some of the college’s finest performers to share their exam and classwork to an invited audience.
“The performances ranged from musical numbers to abstract physical theatre pieces and demonstrated the range and ability of the students who attend the college, some of whom had never performed to an audience before.
“A great evening was had by all.
“And even more impressively the money which was raised will be going towards the college’s summer production of Little Shop of Horrors.”
