The witness, a black man who was walking a brown dog in the park area off Allen Road, may be able to help with a police investigation and is being urged to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.

A police spokesman told the Northants Telegraph they were unable to disclose any further details about the incident as it is ‘part of an ongoing investigation,’ but they would urge the dog walker to cone forward as he may be able to help with their enquiries.
