AFC Rushden & Diamonds have announced Auto Windscreens as its new main club sponsor for the 2017/2018 season.
As part of the deal, the logo of the national automotive glass repair and replacement company will be emblazoned on the Diamonds’ home, away and new third shirts for the upcoming season.
John Gregory, AFC Rushden & Diamonds’ commercial director, said: “We always knew finding a new main club sponsor was going to be a difficult job.
“However, the board could not be more delighted to have secured a new partnership with Auto Windscreens.
“They are such a well-known brand across the UK through their fleet of mobile fitters and newly opened fitting centres.
“With the club’s move back to Rushden, it is an ideal time for our new main club sponsor to be associated with the club.
“I know our move will generate great local interest and also within grassroots football as a whole in the coming months.
“I’d like to welcome Auto Windscreens to our football family.”
Auto Windscreens’ managing director Rupert Armitage said: “We’re excited to be supporting AFC Rushden & Diamonds after what has been a great season for the club, seeing the first team returning to the Southern League.
“With hubs in Milton Keynes and Peterborough, we feel it’s important to support the local and surrounding areas and we’re looking forward to seeing the teams in their Auto Windscreens-branded shirts.”
Auto Windscreens take over from Hevey Building Supplies as shirt sponsors.
The shirts will be available in the club shop from July.
