Marks & Spencer (M&S) is set to open its new foodhall in Corby in just three weeks’ time.
The new store, which is set to create 57 jobs for the area, will be welcoming its first customers through the doors at 10am on Wednesday, November 23.
The 7,700 sq ft store will offer more than 6,000 food and drink lines and bosses hope it will cater for every occasion, from freshly prepared winter warmer meals and healthy cooking inspiration to sweet treats and luxurious party food.
The new foodhall will be run by store manager Caroline Hemming, who joined M&S five years ago on the graduate training programme and has since progressed into management.
Caroline said: “We know residents in Corby have been keen for an M&S to open for a long time, therefore I am thrilled to be opening the doors of M&S Foodhall in Corby alongside my colleagues, and welcoming customers in store at 10am on Wednesday, November 23.
“The Phoenix Retail Park is very well established already, so we’re looking forward to getting to know the customers who shop there.
“We’re excited to reveal our extensive range of products available to our customers, including our fantastic collection of Christmas foodie treats.”
As well as being able to browse the M&S range in-store, customers will also be able to take advantage of the collect in store service which gives customers the option to have their M&S.com orders delivered to the store the next day free of charge.
The new foodhall is in Unit 5 at Phoenix Retail Park in Courier Road, Corby, and will be open Monday to Saturday from 8am until 8pm and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays.
