Cyclist knocked off bike in Desborough hit and run incident

Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was knocked off his bike by a car towing another vehicle in Desborough yesterday (Monday).

The cyclist was thrown from his push bike on Braybrooke Road at the junction with Arthingworth Road shortly before 1pm.

He was hit by a light blue Vuaxhall Corsa that was towing a silver Vauxhall Corsa, which failed to stop at the scene and drove off.

Reports suggest the victim suffered from a broken elbow but police were unable to confirm his injuries.
