Cyclist broke pensioner’s hip in Corby collision before pushing him into a hedge

A pensioner was left with a broken hip after he was hit by a cyclist outside a Corby supermarket.

The man, who is in his late sixties, was hit by a man on a pushbike sometime between 9.40am and 10.20am on Sunday, May 4, outside the Morrisons store in Oakley Road.

Police believe the cyclist approached the pensioner after the collision and pushed him into a hedge.

The cyclist is described as tall and skinny and wearing a cap.
