Crowds of people enjoyed a day of Victorian-themed fun at Wellingborough Museum.
There was a Victorian blacksmith, a basket weaver and a bodger as well as the chance to make Punch and Judy characters.
The Victorians were well-known for their love of the seaside and children could use their buckets and spades in the sandpit, play traditional games or enjoy a Hokey Pokey ice cream.
The event was organised in conjunction with the Trading Places project, which was set up to celebrate the traditional crafts of the Nene Valley and is funded by the Lottery.
