Crowdfunding bid launched for Karthik's business venture with Kettering special needs pupils
Karthik Nagesan, who left the hit BBC1 show in week seven, is hoping to go into business with students from Isebrook making custom Karthik mugs and T-shirts.
The merchandise will feature Karthik’s legendary monobrow and some of his catchphrases which won the hearts of the millions who watch the show.

Hide AdThe venture needs £2,000 to get up and running, and now fans can donate to help the venture launch.
The fundraising page reads: “Special needs students who work at The Studio in Kettering will help produce the reward items as part of their real life business training.
“The Studio gives students from Wren Spinney School and Isebrook SEN College the opportunity to work with real customers, conduct real business and make real profit.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with The Studio and it’s amazing students and have the students join in the effort to print, package and post out the reward items.

A £17 donation gets you a T-shirt and metal sign, with £20 getting you a monobrow phone cover.
A pledge of £22 gets you a mug, coasters and a key ring, with £55 getting you everything.
