Witness appeal after assault in Corby

Officers in Corby are appealing for witnesses to an assault.

A 29-year-old man was attacked by two men as he walked along Greasley Walk on Sunday, May 26, between 7pm and 7.20pm.

He was approached by the two men who assaulted him, knocking him to the ground, causing minor injuries.

The first offender was white, aged in his mid to late 20s, and was wearing a blue hooded top and jeans. The second offender was also white.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
