On 17/04/21 at Corby drove a Fiat 500 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 119mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty. Community order made with rehabilitation activities and 150 hours of unpaid work. Banned from driving for 28 months. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95.

Sean Wallis

George Street, Burton Latimer. Age: 30

On 19/04/21 at Kettering drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 63mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit; failed to stop after an accident where damage was caused to a garden wall.

Plea: Guilty. Banned from driving for 18 months. Fined £476, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £47.

Totnes Close, Corby. Age: 23

On 11/12/20 at Corby damaged a bathroom door belonging to Places For People.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £22.

Roundhill Road, Kettering. Age: 31

On 01/07/20 at Barton Seagrave drove whilst disqualified; without insurance; without due care and attention.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months. To take part in rehabilitation activities. Banned from driving for three years. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £128.

Mervyn Gilkes

Queen Street, Wellingborough. Age: 43

On 17/05/21 at Wellingborough stole a phone and £2 in cash belonging to a woman; failed to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. To take part in rehabilitation activities. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £128.

Paul King

Llewellyn Walk, Corby. Age: 38

On 16/05/21 at Corby breached a restraining order in place to protect a woman.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made banning contact with two named people or visiting a named address.

Jason Huk

St Mary’s Road, Kettering. Age: 32

On 15/12/20 at Kettering drove whilst disqualified; were in possession of a knife which had a blade which exceeded 3in; on 18/05/21 at Northampton failed to surrender.

Plea: Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. To take part in rehabilitation activities. Driving record endorsed with eight points. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £128.

Krzystof Balicki

Kingsthorpe Avenue, Corby. Age: 36

On 17/02/20 at Corby assaulted a woman by beating her; on 31/01/20 at Corby assaulted a woman by beating her.

Plea: Not guilty. Verdict: Found guilty. Community order made with rehabilitation activities and 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made banning contact with a named person or visiting a named address. To pay costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £95.

Jacksons Lane, Wellingborough. Age: 46

On 17/12/20 at Morrisons, Wellingborough, were guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £22.

Bamburg Close, Corby. Age: 26

On 18/12/20 at Kettering assaulted a police officer by beating him.

Plea: Guilty. To pay compensation of £150. Fined £138, to pay costs of £45.

Browning Walk, Corby. Age: 25

On 24/04/21 at Corby drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 62mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty. Banned from driving for 20 months. Fined £537, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £54.

On 11/01/21 at Rushden were in possession of cannabis.

On 23/05/21 at Kettering damaged a glass door to the value of £400 belonging to Dominos Pizza.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £400.

Raymond Lumsden

Bampton Close, Corby. Age: 28

On 15/11/20 at Kettering used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £161, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Shamus McKeown

Burns Road, Wellingborough. Age: 20

On 12/01/20 at Northamptonshire assaulted a man by beating him.

Plea: Guilty, changed from not guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £50, costs of £150 and a victim surcharge of £22.
