The following people have been sentenced at magistrates' courts in the county:

Chelsie Minter

Highfield Road, Thrapston. Age: 25

On 15/05/20 at Thrapston drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty. Banned from driving for one year. Fined £120, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Jordan Wooley

Sassoon Close, Wellingborough. Age: 24

On 31/07/20 at Wellingborough drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty. Banned from driving for one year. Fined £252, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Erin Newlands

Hooke Close, Corby. Age: 27

On 02/08/20 at Corby assaulted a police officer by beating her.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 15 months. To pay compensation of £150.

Daniel Pogea

Cromwell Road, Rushden. Age: 46

On 01/08/20 at Newton Road, Rushden, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 87mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit; whilst disqualified; without insurance.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with 160 hours of unpaid work. Banned from driving for three years, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £128.

Joseph Kilpatrick

Rowlatt Road, Corby. Age: 21

On 23/05/20 at Dale Street, Corby, supplied a quantity of cannabis to an unknown friend.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £213, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Harry Burton

Horsham Walk, Corby. Age: 18

On 20/01/20 at McDonald's, Phoenix Parkway, were guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £100, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

Carl Loasby

Kings Street, Wellingborough. Age: 42

On 07/07/20 at Wellingborough with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; on 08/10/20 at Northampton failed to surrender.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £150, to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.
