On 10/05/2019 with another, stole bread, crisps, lamb legs and Fairy Liquid, to the value of £90, from Asda, Northampton.

Regent Street, Kettering. Age: 23

On 11/11/2019 entered as a trespasser a building, namely St Andrew’s Church Buildings, Kettering, with intent to steal; used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress; assaulted PC Coles by beating him; assaulted PC Maltby by beating her; on 15/11/2019 in Kettering had in your possession a quantity of cannabis.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months, to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours, to pay compensation of £2,100, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Richard Michael Goodwin

Tideswell Close, Desborough. Age: 47

On 18/11/2019, without reasonable excuse, attended a street in Kettering and contacted a person which you were prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on 28/10/2018.

Plea: Guilty.

On 07/10/2019 committed fraud in that you used a stolen debit card to buy items at Burton Newsagents, Burton Latimer, intending to make a gain of goods worth £28.90, for yourself; used a stolen credit card to buy items at Burton Newsagents, Burton Latimer, intending to make a gain of goods worth £29.98 for yourself;

On 07/10/2019 dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen credit card and a stolen debit card, by or for the benefit of yourself or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.

Plea: Guilty. To have treatment for drug dependency by as a non-resident for six months, to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours, to pay compensation of £58.88, surcharge to fund victim services of £90, costs of £85.

Lewis George Hartgrove

HMP Stocken. Age: 28

On 13/09/2019 drove a motor vehicle in Hollow Wood Road, Burton Latimer, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 70mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £21, costs of £85, banned from driving for 20 months.
