VIDEO: CCTV footage released of man after alleged violent assault in Northamptonshire nightclub

Police have released CCTV footage of a man they would like to speak to following an alleged assault that took place in Northampton.

A 23-year-old man was assaulted shortly after midnight on Saturday, 19 September last year, while inside NB’s in Bridge Street, Northampton.

The victim was at the bar when a stranger bumped into one of his friends. A discussion between the victim and the stranger then took place during which the victim was assaulted, resulting in a broken cheekbone.

The alleged offender was a white man, in his early 20s and of regular build. He had dark coloured wavy hair and was about 5ft 11in tall. He was wearing a suit jacket and jeans.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it. They would particularly like to speak to the man pictured in the attached footage, or anyone who knows who he is.
