Victim robbed by armed attacker in Kettering
A man was robbed at knifepoint as he withdrew crash from an ATM on Christmas Day in Kettering.
Police have launched an investigation after the terrifying incident in Hallwood Road between 11pm and midnight on December 25.
The victim, a 30-year-old man, withdrew cash from an ATM but as he turned to leave he was approached by a man on a bike who had his face covered.
A police spokesman said: "The victim was told to give him the money, whilst the offender opened his jacket to show a knife.
"The victim was in fear and so handed him the money."
No further description of the attacker was available and no arrests have been made.
