Two people have been arrested following a criminal damage incident in Northampton on Sunday night (May 31).

Detectives issued descriptions of a man and woman they wanted to find after panels on the front door of a property were shattered in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wootton.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "Two people, a 41-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, both from Northampton, were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and have been released on bail."
