Topless man threatens grandfather at Burton Latimer play park

A man playing with his grandchild at a park in Burton Latimer was threatened by a topless yob.

Police are appealing for information after the incident at the play park off Donnington Road between 1pm and 4pm on May 14.

The 67-year-old grandfather was approached by a man who started shouting and threatening to harm him.

The grandfather and his grandchild left the park, but the man followed them and in Silverstone Road, he once again threatened to harm the older man.

A police spokesman said: "The offender, who was with two young children in the park, was white and in his early 30s.

"He was about 5ft 11in, of a medium build and was either bald or had a shaven head.

"He was topless and wearing possibly grey tracksuit-type bottoms."
