A teenage dog-walker indecently exposed himself to a woman who was also walking her dogs in Northampton.

The woman was sitting near The Barn in Bradlaugh Fields between 3pm and 3.20pm when she caught sight of the man, who she described as being in his late teens, with his trousers down.

The man then walked off towards St Davids with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

The witness said he was 6ft tall and of slim build with ‘a very pale complexion’ and cropped, dark brown hair, with a fringe at the front.

He was wearing black jeans, with a black studded belt and two tone polo shirt with a white collar.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may recognise the description of the offender.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 or independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
