A serial offender is set to be nearly £1,000 worse off after being caught driving with no insurance TWICE in two and a half weeks.
Traffic cops seized the plush Range Rover on July 3 — and again yesterday (Monday) with the same driver behind the wheel.

Hide AdA spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "On the first occasion, the driver had apparently taken out a policy which showed him to be far older than he actually was.
"Then on Monday — same vehicle, same driver — but this time it appeared to be insured to a female only.
"The vehicle was seized again for no insurance and the driver has been reported again."
The bill for having a vehicle seized by police is £150 a time. And the driver now faces two fixed penalties of £300 plus two lots of six points on his licence — which could lead to disqualification — or unlimited fines and instant disqualification if the case goes to court.
