Power tool thieves target van in Wellingborough

Thieves stole power tools after breaking into a van in Wellingborough.

Police are appealing for information after the incident between 10pm on June 1 and 7.15am the following morning in Northampton Road.

The van was parked on a drive, near the junction with Kingsway and Queensway, when it was broken into.

A police spokesman said "a number of power tools were stolen".

No arrests have been made and no descriptions of the suspects were available.
