Morphine tablets which could be dangerous if taken were among items stolen during a break-in in Kettering during the early hours of Saturday (June 27).

The burglary happened at a home in Linden Avenue.

Thieves broke into the property via an open window and searched the ground floor and the car outside.

A sum of cash was staken as well as a box of prescription morphine tablets called Zomorph.
