Police have said anti-social behaviour in the area around the High Street in Irthlingborough will be a priority for them during the next three months.

The newly-adopted priority for the East Northants Central Safer Community Team has arisen as a result of concerns regarding street nuisance, parking and vandalism, graffiti and other deliberate damage in the area.

Officers from the safer community team will be on the look-out for anyone behaving in an anti-social manner and will be using their powers to tackle highways offences where appropriate.
