One wore a balaclava and was carrying a chain

A group of men jumped out of a car and began brawling with another man in the street in Kettering.

Today (September 23) police appealed for information after the fight, which took place between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday, September 8.

The men got out of a vehicle at the junction of Bath Lane and Bath Road and started fighting with a man in the street before getting back into the car.

The car, which which was being driven by a female, drove off along Bath Road and towards Montagu Street.

A police spokesman said: "One of the offenders wore a balaclava and was carrying a large chain.

"Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have captured the altercation on either CCTV or dash cam footage.

"Anyone with information is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 20000470876. Or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
