A fight outside a Rushden kebab shop resulted in a man being slashed by a knife.

A man was left with injuries to his face by a knife during an altercation outside a kebab shop in Rushden.
The incident happened in High Street, Rushden, between 12.15am and 12.45am on Saturday, January 18.
Two men, a 21-year-old and a 25-year-old, were arrested in connection to the incident and have been released under investigation.
A police spokesman said the injured man is recovering well.
