The man, described as white, in his late 40s, was travelling on the number 21 UNO bus between Northgate Bus Station and Weston Favell shopping centre, when he made a number of racist remarks towards other passengers.

He abused a Polish woman who was speaking in her native tongue to her young child. A fellow passenger challenged the man who continued to make racial remarks to the Polish lady and other foreign passengers on the bus.
