A registered sex offender from Kettering has been given an electronic tag after he failed to tell police his details.

John Jamie Justin Morgan, 42, is on the register for sex offenders and has to notify police of details such as his address, identities and bank details every 12 months.

It's to make sure he is properly monitored after he was convicted of a sex offence - but on October 25 he failed to do so.
